All orders will be delivered using the shipping service selected or detailed at the time of ordering.

Sofia Naveed Lari reserves the right to revise shipping prices in accordance with delivery costs. However, the applicable delivery charges will always be communicated to you before your order is completed.

Please note that deliveries may take approximately 3–5 weeks after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Shipping confirmation emails are sent approximately 24 hours before dispatch.

Local Delivery — Pakistan

A delivery charge of Rs. 1,000 will apply to the first product. An additional charge of Rs. 300 will apply for each additional kilogram.

International Deliveries — Worldwide

International shipping charges are calculated per kilogram and may vary depending on the total weight of the order and the destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties, taxes or fees and the parcel is returned to us, the order will not be refunded.

An exchange will only be offered in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item.

The item must be unused, unworn and undamaged by the customer to qualify for an exchange.

All lawn sale items and custom orders are non-exchangeable.

All orders are final and non-refundable. An exchange may only be considered if an incorrect item has been delivered to you.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Any exchange or return-related issue must be reported to us within one week of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

All sales are considered final and monetary refunds are not available.

Where an exchange is approved, the item may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
